Elite Youth Golf Development Program

Athlete First.

Great golfers are great athletes, period.

The Elite Youth Golf Development Program is led by a TPI Junior-Certified Instructor through a comprehensive training program that achieves the following:

  • Develop Complete Athleticism

  • Prevent Golfer’s Elbow & Low Back Pain - the two most common injuries in golf

  • Increase Swing Speed and Carry Distance

  • Increase Player Confidence

  • Improve Stability for Better Ball Contact

  • Increase Grip Strength

  • Improve Endurance

When done correctly a Resistance Training program is highly effective at increasing Strength & Stability in youth athletes. Injury Prevention is paramount which is why we teach proper technique first and foremost - and then progress into advanced drills to develop Speed, Power, and Force-Transfer to have your athlete hitting the ball further and with greater accuracy.

How it Works:

When your athlete enrolls they will first go through the Initial Performance Evaluation comprised of our performance tests. These baseline numbers are used to customize the athletes 4-week training program. They are given access to an exclusive training platform that contains the training program with videos of every exercise and instructions. They can complete the given workouts at home or under our Coach’s supervision during the twice-weekly Open-Training Sessions. At the end of their 4-week program they will undergo a Follow-Up Performance Evaluation. We then compare the before/after results to generate a Performance Improvement Report that quantifies their improvement and provides guidance for the next phase of their program.

Results: Guaranteed.

We have the best program for youth athlete development and we can prove it.

Our Performance Evaluation tests 5 main attributes:

  • Grip Strength

  • Bodyweight Strength

  • Core Endurance

  • Lower Body Power

  • Upper Body Power

With consistency athletes will improve week-by-week as they develop a foundation of athletic function that will last their entire career. You can see the improvements of one of our dedicated athletes below.
